The school is located right in front of the beach inside JAMBO BEACH RESORT (Friday Jambo Beach Party) which is next to NDAME BEACH RESORT. The school carries the same name as the village name because the school is for the community. Not only that we run the lessons but also, we are here to give back to the community, how? We have several programs for the schools that surround us, so as we will be working with international instructors, they will be required to have one session once a week to volunteer at the primary school and secondary schools. That means that they will be teaching anything to the students for free, example any kind of sports, School subjects, Languages, or anything that suits, also an instructors can choose to work at any other places like Hospitals, Village beach clean and Much More.

What should I bring to a kitesurfing class?

Common things are SunScreen, Long sleeves lycra, Sunglasses, Shorts or Swimwear. We provide all kite equipment jurying the lessons, unless you have you have your own kite and want to practice with it.

Where do I meet for kite trips?

We normally organize kite trip almost 2 times a week, this can be a downwinder or just a sandbank trip, the meeting point is by the centre in the morning before 10am.

How early should I arrive?

We open everyday from 8:30 till the sunset, according to your level, you have to organize your next schedule everyday after the lesson for the next lesson.

What should I do if I wear contacts?

Contact lenses are fine jurying your kitesurf lessons, but we highly recommend sunglass just to have extra protection for your eyes.

How much is the kitesurfing lesson in Zanzibar?

Every school has a different price according to what they offer, we are in a mid range as we provide international IKO standards which are recognised worldwide and we also make online certification after every level that you will reach.
